The Binomio Restaurant in Florence is an innovative venue located inside the Hotel Indigo Florence, in the Santa Maria Novella district. The menu combines Tuscan flavors with international influences, favoring seasonal ingredients. The design and atmosphere are inspired by iconic Florentine elements, such as the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the giraffe symbol linked to the Medici family.

Binomio organizes various events! Every Wednesday an afterwork awaits you with a buffet aperitif and DJ set. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday dinner is accompanied by live music and every Sunday our most requested event: Sunday Brunch with DJ sets and vinyls.
