The Cibrèo restaurant in Florence is an institution. Recently passed away, historic Chef (and a bit of a philosopher!) Fabio Picchi was an icon in the Sant’Ambrogio district and beyond! There, in 1979, he began to found a small empire of gastronomy, made up of traditional cuisine that follows the pace of the seasons and various restaurants, each with its own format: the Cibrèo Trattoria next to the main restaurant; the Teatro del Sale where you eat while enjoying entertaining shows; the Ciblèo, a very small Tuscan-Oriental bistro.

Today, inside the luxurious 5-star hotel Helvetia & Bristol, in the heart of Florence, Cibrèo inaugurates a new catering concept: the Cibrèo Restaurant & Cocktail Bar! Not just a restaurant, but also a mixology bar where you can enjoy extraordinary signature cocktails, at a special price just for you.
