MEETING POINT
At Meeting Point, students are welcomed and helped to take school-related needs seriously.
Through the help of a group of adult volunteers, teachers and non-teachers, and Italian and foreign university students who donate their time for free, the Meeting Point – Firenze Studenti association aims to make studying a fascinating and positive experience because it is lived together.
When does the project start?
The project takes place at the same time as the Italian school calendar.
What are the volunteer’s tasks?
The volunteer’s job is to help the understanding of the pages to be studied and assist in the student’s homework.
When do the activities take place?
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., on a day of the volunteer’s choice.
Where?
Activities are held at the headquarters in Borgo Pinti, 74 Florence.
What are the requirements to participate?
Minimum Age:
You must be at least 18 years old on the start date of the program to participate.
Time commitment:
No minimum time is required.
Language skills:
An elementary Italian language level is required.
Required documents:
An Identity Card is required.
Is there a membership fee charged?
An annual membership fee of €10.00 is required.

Decent dress and behavior are required.
